The only way is emails, they usually respond, but not always positive!
There is no phone # to call... and in my case they do NOT answer e-mail... BAD company!
The only means of contact with them is to email. After you email them, they will not respond until days later. I went talk to someone at my bank and got them to do a investigation. My bank also put the money back into my account. I filed a claim with the Attorney General's office in New York. After they viewed my info, they responded and they got in touch with Mobstub.
The phone that comes up on my charge is no longer working. When I asked for a number Esther just avoided it when I asked her to call me she just gave up 30 emails problem not resolved and she was done Worst customer service blocked them. DO NOT BUY

Actually, you can't. Automated phone service and on line, you'll get their FAQ. They suck!
