Same thing happened to me! i am now disputing the charge and trying to file a complaint with the better business bureau, which is kind of hard since there is no contact info on them!

Answer:

Is it true that watercritter.com is the same business as this one? I ordered from it and now they're not answering my emails... I wish I'd seen this first.
