I had exactly the same problem with them and I wasn't able to solve it. Don't be a subject to the site's whims, it already feels that you are unwelcome there. I joined

They don't have all these technical problems, customer support is helpful and the site is real and legit. I like their women, I've had a few dates already and I'm very happy with them so far.
