Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.

Yes. See the back of your receipt.It says you can return items anytime for any reason.

How long before i receive email confirmation of placed order. i placed order 24 hours ago and no confirmation yet. i also cannot open my account.

I thought i had received my order today and when i open the box, someone else's order is in the box along with their packing slip. i call customer service and was told not to worry, that my shipment is on it's way in another box and to just return the other customers order to the store. i ask him, how can i have two orders shipped to me with the same tracking number? he proceeds to tell me that it's not the same tracking number and i am mistaken. now it shows online that i received the order because just like i told him, there was only 1 tracking number but i never received my item. what am i supposed to do now. that order was 160something dollars.
