Hi, My order has not come through today as promised. Where can I track my order? I have emailed them but have no response.

Hi Jayne, despite my suggesting to JML that they include a tracking link in their despatch confirmation emails, they still don't do it (even though it would save them answering emails and phone calls asking for it!). I called them for my tracking info' on 01274 862466. Hope this helps.

You should receive@mail with tracking information. I hope it is not with Hermes. I never received mine and didn't get money back. I Would not advise to shop from this company
