I would copy and paste the name and model number of this particular sofa in a search engine and a shop bot like Nextag or Bizrate. This may find some reviews on other sites and sometimes even a better price or return option.

There are no reviews on Joss and Main. I never buy furniture unless I can find reviews on it, and I would think long and hard about buying anything so large from Joss and Main. I would also caution you buying anything linen without seeing it in person as the fabric is generally just a bit more "scratchy" than you may expect.

I purchased two chairs 3 weeks ago. I'm not very happy because the quality isn't that good and 1 week later, the price of the chairs were reduced for $600 a piece to $500 a piece. I went to Homeware's (the manufacturer) website, and the chairs were on sale for $500 a piece. I contacted customer service hoping to get a credit, and their response was sorry. DO NOT BUY FROM JOSS and MAIN, you won't save money, and they don't care about their customers!

I've bought many items from J&M and have never gotten shoddy merchandise. Twice, when something was damaged in shipping, the reps have worked it out easily, with no hassle, and to my satisfaction. I automatically check J&M items I want to buy on ebay and amazon. Sometimes they are cheaper and sometimes not. Amazon is a great place to check them out because you can read all the customer comments. J&M has on several occasions bent over backwards to make things right. But, I must point out that, considering the number of items I have ordered over the years, there have been surprisingly few times I've had any problem at all.

Two things to look at with Joss and Main reviews. There are negative reviews with multiple likes that are from people who ordered and were disappointed. There are questionable 5 star "reviews" talking about how easy the site is. Kind of smells like shills trying to boost the terrible ratings. But you will have to make up your own mind.

Don't buy anything from J & M EVER!

If I were to go for a sofa, I would buy locally, as I'd want to get an idea of how comfortable it would feel by sitting in it. If I were ever to visit Boston, I would certainly want to visit Joss & Main. I really enjoy the scenery. If the measurements fit the descriptions for what I need in an end or coffee table or lamp, I'd be inclined to take a chance on Joss & Main. I can't find anything here in Atlanta that I like for furniture. I'm not into Rooms to Go, although there is the IKEA place. Before buying online with Joss & Main, I will check out IKEA, as I found a very comfortable wing tip chair, which I enjoy. I hope this helps.

Every item on Joss and Main says it can only be returned for store credit. However, if you initiate a return procedure, you will have the option of shipping the item back - AT YOUR EXPENSE. I'm sure that would be a hefty shipping fee for a sofa. Also, since the sofa has a name, I would do a Google search for it. I have also found that sometimes I find the same item I like on Joss and Main for less on Overstock.com, Wayfair.com, even Amazon. Most of the merchandise you see on J&M can be found elsewhere on the Internet. In terms of quality, I have found that many of their products look much "higher end" in their pictures than in person. I think they have a very good photographer! All this is to say, J&M is not one of my favorite online shopping sites. The abolute best is Amazon, and they have almost everything you can imagine, either directly through them or a 3rd party seller. AND - they bend over backwards to make you happy.

Hi - I have only ordered tables and dining room chairs from them. I am very pleased with the quality of the products. However be sure you know that some items have to be "assembled" the chairs were simple but when I purchased them the offer said "comes completely assembled" J&M apologized and I was happy. You will see at the bottom of the item description it states the item can be returned for store credit. Hope this helps.
