So, the answer is brief. Spreads and commissions are great:)
As for the leverage. Try to trade with each of the available. That way you'll know the difference and you'll be able to choose the right one.
I would say, that the spreads are quite narrow relative to the industry average and big players. Try to be reasonable with leverages, If you know what you are doing, you might go 10x with Forex I guess. For volatile assets, I would recommend going above 5-6 times leverage if you are starting out.
