Are you still in charge of Foopile? Who if anybody is running the site? You have a serious problem, try to resolve it or else.

No. I won 3 items over 3 weeks ago and not only has it been "pending shipment" the whole time - no one will respond to your questions. The "ticket request" system is a scam as they don't give you the number that you have to have in order to check your request. Even if they are legit -if- then they still aren't worth messing with because of the complete lack of customer service and communications.

He (Paul) finally got someone to help answer support tickets and it seems to be going better for the site... and the bidders.

We had some problems with the ticket system for awhile and the owner was trying to do everything
Himself. Now he has hired me and things are much better / smoother / faster now.
