Answer:

I feel the same way, it's not legitimate and they auto renew and bill before trial order received. They should be shutdown from operating.

I had same scam pulled on me. I called credit card company and disputed charges. I cut up credit card and they sent a new one, different number. Card company got my money back. Took over 30 days. The web is full of these scams

Answer:

I was charged $107.00 and received 5 bottles of oil and a small jar of a topical cream. I too ordered the trial and after a call to customer support, I was told my card would be credited for $100.00, still waiting since September. If all of us would file a complaint with the Utah State Attorney's Office, I would hope that future customers would not be subjected to this companies scam.
