Hello David, Thank you for contacting us. If your wife's car is not on our website's year/make/model selector, she can always shop for her cover by dimensions. This would require a measuring tape length measurement, bumper to bumper. You can find a cover by dimension by following this link: https://www.empirecovers.com/selectbysize.aspx. If you decide to mount the bimini on the sides of your boat as opposed to the top, those black disks should be used.

Answer:

You probably have a warranty but they require you to box it up, put a copy of receipt and a letter of your problem then ship it to them. They will not take your word and apparently no pictures as they want the actual cover. If you want to persue that approach call or email them and they will give you the instructions.
