You can't get a hold of customer service at all every time you click customer service on their site it takes you to FAQs on their website. There is no phone number shown on the site to call them if you have problems. The site is the worst dating site ever, don't believe any of there commercial they are all lies.
You can't, just try calling them. Such a ripoff. I felt it was incredibly important to pass this information
