How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Directmovingservices.com?

I don't know exactly, but in my case, I consider it was easy, I just called, find if they are available and that is it. I give them my address from the origin, also I paid a small deposit, the rest I have paid after my Hot Tub was delivered.
