Answer:

I don't know exactly, but in my case, I consider it was easy, I just called, find if they are available and that is it. I give them my address from the origin, also I paid a small deposit, the rest I have paid after my Hot Tub was delivered.

Answer:

Legit Company. When they came to move my hot tub shows up 3 guys, and maid it in less than 4 hours. Then they are insured, have also a license.
