Im thinking about ordering living room furniture from your website. Your company has a lot of negative reviews about shipping and customer service. What have you done to correct these problems. You have a "C" with BBB.

Do not order from them. You are taking a risk. If you get damaged merchandise, it will not get resolved. Their movers are inept and unfit to deliver the stuff they sell. Who knows what happens between delivery to their location and yours, but whatever is happening, it's not good. I feel like they are selling seconds. Damaged goods they know are damaged and once they are in your house, the hell begins.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Internet searching I found some furniture at a reasonable price, contacted the merchant to confirm the actual size of the furniture knowing it had to be moved through a narrow staircase. The representative stated that the furniture would be shipped unassembled, that the delivery persons would deliver and assemble the furniture into any room of our choice.
Ordered based on representatives assurance that there would be no issues with delivery through the staircase.
Waited.
Waited.
Waited.
Nearly two months.
Furniture arrives, fully assembled.
Will not fit through staircase.
Delivery persons load furniture back on truck and leave.
Email customer service, I'm told to call.
Call, get transferred to several representatives telling each of them the situation, each of them stating manager would resolve everything for me.
Receive email from Coleman Furniture, 'Rom Tacata' does not give any title or call back number; states that I have restock fees and am being charged round trip shipping charge (for the free shipping). That I will only receive about half of the amount I paid for the furniture back. He never once addressed any of my concerns.
Worst service ever.

Purchased a dining set on 12/2/18 and the purchase amount was pending in my bank account ever since. On 12/13/18 I looked at my account and Coleman's charged me the exact same amount AGAIN. I contacted them all day long even showing them my transaction history from my bank. One person said that it is NORMAL for them to do this and the additional charge would fall off that day- which it didn't. Another person said that it will probably take 5-15 days for the additional charge to "fall off." The majority of people I dealt with insisted that they only show that they have charged me one time so there's nothing they can do- even though I shared the proof with them. So now I have paid $4271. 44 for a dining set that I don't even have yet and my receipt and all beginning emails verify the cost was $2135. 72. Since the refuse to help me in any way, I now have to wait for my bank to dispute the additional charge which could take months since Coleman's isn't complying at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wanted to give them a chance even though I had read many many bad reviews, but what they are doing to me is far worse than any of the complaints I have read.

They have not done anything to correct their problems. I am in an on-going dispute with them with no resolution as of February 27th, 2016.

Don't bother. Mine was supposed to be 5 to 7 weeks and 5 months later, nothing. I just canceled because they said when I called, that it will be another month but they said they were unsure of that even.

Do not buy anything from this company. You get damaged furniture with no refund. Take the damaged furniture of pay 15-20% for them to refund you. They take your money you get nothing in return.

Avoid this company! I received a damaged dining room table. Called the same day it was delivered to report the damage. They basically told me I was SOL. The rudest customer service people. I have never been able to talk to someone from customer service over the phone. I have called over 30 times and left over 5 voice mail messages. I also tried to reach out on social media and they DELETED MY COMMENTS because they looked bad!
