How do i return an item when no return label or form was included? the back of the order form is blank!

Answer:

Hiya Jane, Give their customer service a call, the number should be in your confirmation email (don't try to find it on their website). Customer service will then send you 2 emails, one is a shipping label. Do include your orginal shipping insert (take a pic of it) with the return items highlighted along with the Return Form filled out with the SKU/Style of each item you are returning. Best of luck

Order #e05762434. i sent 3 emails but didn't get the shipped email, & called the number in the confirmation but immediately disconnects. please help!

Same here. Never received shipping notice with tracking info. After 5 attempts, spoke with a rep. No resolution!

I want to expedite shipping my order, just made it yesterday. e05651341 - phones, etc are down and cannot cancel or expedite.

Want to exchange 2 pair pants but appears they are no longer there. Anyone know when they closed customer service? The automated answering service just hangs up on you! If anyone is still working at Coldwater Creek, would you please contact me? I am so frustrated and confused

I bought a top from you. olive green with a notched collar and little gathers on either side. when i washed it it turned into a rag. unwearable.

I heard coldwater creek was bought by another company. is this true? i noticed the quality of the clothing has declined.

Answer:

A company called "Sycamore Partners" has owned Coldwater Creek since 2015. Sycamore Partners also owns Staples, 350 of the Family Dollar stores, The Limited, Belk and many other retailers. Look them up at www.sycamorepartners.com. They were instrumental in my fight with Coldwater Creek; when I couldn't get anyone with Coldwater Creek to help me, I took my case to Sycamore Partners and they got Coldwater Creek to contact me to resolve my problem.

Why does it take so long for a return to be processed? it seems like it happens when a customer uses a return lable. reimbursement exstremely slow.

Why does it take so long to get a credit on my returns. I will definitely not be shopping Coldwater again.
