I would like to know why you are not answering these complaints. I have had some horrible experiences with Beckett. These are legit complaints.

Is it common practice for a BGS grader to grade cards in a hotel room before a show begins? This just happened to me.
Evidently it takes months for them to upgrade info on their website as they are on the verge of launching a new version. Supposedly new look, higher prices for subscriptions and more than likely the same "asian sub-continent" customer service and tech support from India in which I can't understand a word. They basically have a monopoly on this type of service and the folks based in the great state of Texas have sub-contracted what's most important, customer service) out to others! Shame On You! BTW... I have also had the auto-renewal issues with montly price guides... you have to go into Paypal now and cancel auto renewal.
