I didn't get a confirmation email as your site indicated that I would. The money has been taken from my account, has my order shipped?

Trying to ask you about my order but I can't reach to you. Made inquiry in your website + sent an email + called you and till haven't heard from you!
I left a message and have not heard back. Do I need to call my bank and tell them this was a fraudulent transaction? I see a lot of complaints online. If you aren't going to ship my children's fidget spinners I ordered, just let me know. If I haven't heard back from you within the hour, I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and report to my bank about the fraudulent activity to get my money back. I ordered two items on 04/12 and paid for 2-3 day delivery. I emailed on 04/3, but got no response to my email. I called on 04/17 because i hadnt received anything. The rep told me they were out of stock but would be arriving and shipped to be on 04/18. I called 04/18, 04/19, 04/20 and had to leave a message each time. I just called again now, and still get the same recording........paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping.....still no package, no response to email and no response to voicemails.
