They do have a number my credit card company gave it to me after theh refused to release a hold on my card 1 800 400 0388

In process of fraud file agsinst them

Only an email which as above just gives you the run around, this is definitely a scam!

I didn't have any problems with them, sorry to hear that others have. I didn't find a phone number just an email info@ashleyjewels.com and they do have a facebook page maybe go there and complain. Https :// www.facebook. Com/Ashley-Jewels-480924482085734/info/? Tab=page_info

I can not find one. Get the run around on E-mail. Called USPS was told no such number. I did get in touch with J Ashley Jewery she told me she had four calls this week looking for the rip off company.
