Why don't they just replace the bikes they can't seem to fix right away? :(

Hello Rhonda, it is much more expensive, and more of a hassle, to replace a whole bike rather than to replace a component that may have gone bad. We know you are ready to get back riding, and we are doing our best to get it fixed for you asap.
