on 8/31/15Call the Amazon phone number listed under contact us.
You clicked the "get free shipping with Prime?" box on one of your purchases. If you really want to deprive yourself of something so wonderful, it's easy to cancel by clicking another box, or Amazon's excellent phone reps will help you if you can't find it.

Great question, I hope this helps!:)
Here I have attached two screenshots showing you A. Where to find Amazon Assistant at the very bottom of the webpage and B. Where that page will take you if selected. It will either let you get ahold of the chatbot who can answer almost any account-related question JUST like this, OR they will even OFFER to CALL YOU! So, you don't have to encounter annoying wait times or be put on hold! I hope this answers your question and helps give a visual as to how exactly to locate these options. There is also a Help option right under the Amazon Assistant option.(:
Prime costs a little extra. If you didn't send them any money you shouldn't be a Prime member. But if you are a prime member and don't want to be you need to contact Amazon to determine how this occurred and what must be done to resolve your problem.
I do not have an answer for this. You would have to check with Amazon or contact your credit card company. The Prime does pay off though if you order often as you do get free shipping - just not necessarily in the time frame they give. If you do not order much, it does not pay off. Since there is a 30 day return policy, I just wouldn't order items like clothing or shoes that you need right away or maybe can't return right away.
