on 4/22/19We ordered some items as gifts and had to cancel, it was a saturday evening, e-commerce was not working obviously, but shot an email so they get it first thing come monday morning to cancel our order. The lovely customer care team IMMEDIATELY wrote us back Monday early a.m. (they are back east and we're in California) so we got the message quite early... and they canceled the order no problem whatsoever. Done so with a smile and w/ great immediacy. They have always been very good to us and consistent with their customer care, and when we do shop w/ them 100% of the time it's a success story, the shipping is fast and the items are always fantastic!
