Question:

Is airclimberexpress.com a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

I wanted new exercise equipment, and because I already have a stepper, I thought the Air Climber would be an excellent choice since I use an Air Climber video with my stepper. Wrong! I really wanted to experience the same feel of the Air Climber with my stepper. So I went online to search for one and I found a site that had a deal that I could not pass by. $59.95, no S & H, 3 easy payments of 19.95! I was looking forward to working out on my new equipment and imagine my surprise when I opened the package and found a giant green monstrosity in the packaging. I thought, what the what is this. I call the customer service number and tell them I did not get what I ordered. After a brief hold, I was told that I had been upgraded to the X Step! Excuse me? I said I did not order this and I want what I ordered! I asked for a return shipping label to return the monstrosity that arrived. They said I had to pay for the return shipping and when received, I would receive a refund. I told them that I would be reporting their fraudulent activity and I would not pay for something that I did not order. I disconnected the call. Well, imagine my surprise when I called Chase Bank and was told that they could not help me because I gave this fraudulent company my information. I explained that I ordered something and received something that I did not order! I had to go through several representatives and an escalated call to get something done. I am really surprised at Chase because they have always been excellent in assisting me when things have gone wrong on my account. It's an online purchasing market that we live in and we give our information out without thinking, because we don't think that we are just going to receive something we did NOT order! Chase is losing a customer, although I am sure it does not matter. I'm just outdone with them and this situation. What type of company just substitutes whatever they want because they say "you've received an upgrade?" A fraudulent one! I'm waiting to see what Chase does because supposedly an investigation is underway. Do not place an order for this piece of equipment because what you will receive is a large green monstrosity that probably cost about $5.00 to make!
