Some of their product seemed to be 'streamlined' and made elsewhere (perhaps in the 'fast fashion' manufacturing plants?)
I noticed the quality in some items is not the same as it was say, three years ago... we have items from then that just lasted so long (henleys and t shirts, and three pairs of jeans) and they are still in excellent condition. Lately we noticed the stitching and overall 'feel' of the clothing is almost akin to something we'd get at Target or Kohl's. Upon doing some research we find many of these designer brands have shifted their manufacturing to a cheaper form of oversees labor or division, and we all know what happens when a company does that... disposable fashion you have to buy again next year. Quality going downhill and a lack of 'making things right' (no returns or exchanges) is a sign they are desperate for business numbers... we as the customer, suffer in the process unfortunately. (Try Paige Denim... they're pretty good w/ returns and their 'stretch denim' is manufactured rather well)
