Alan... The eay you handling geniue applocants is awful... I have heard a lot of times that people uploading pictures and everything as you require than without any warning or any sight of trying to help them you just deleting their profiles... The way you answering their desperate emails believing that they can get help its also a joke. So why dont you try to be a bit more professional?

I had my profile suspended and i tried many times to recover but they don't give a $#!. i am 6 years working fine with no verification but i have good reviews, pay with my own credicar post just my real pictures and even then they suspended me because someone put in doubts my identity. it is fair? Thanks Andrew, really useful insight you've shared. If what the OP said was true, that wouldn't have happened, would it. If identity or legitimacy has been brought into question AND if the OP is in possession of all those documents to re-supply, why don't they re-supply them? The question is, why would you want to? Hiding feedback is often deemed as having feedback you don't want others to see. There is an option on your Edit Profile page to Show Ratings, untick it to hide them.

Why aw don't protect the girls, they are not bother about us? why they respect the punters who treat us bad than they go in the our profile and say ooo she is fake. what about the guys who's are coming 2,3 at the door and try to..., the guys whos gives a fake money?! i really don't understand ban for 6 months becouse somebody have a bad attitude of course i will try to protect my self first before anything else. do they understand without a profile girls have to go work for somebody else or on street? why nobody is not doing anything? Given the recent "challanges" ashley maddison have had regarding their security and effectively 98% of their entire client base being laid bare... adultwork are probably constantly under attack from hackers... so where girls have worked hard to conceal their identity online but have had to reveal (1) photos of themselves and their passports and (2) photos of them holding a piece of paper saying "adultwork.com" and then their user id - what protection have the girls got that this information will not also become public so a girls real identity can become common knowledge? Answer:

Not sure the best place for the answers to your questions is the public domain. As you rightly point out, AW attracts the activities of unscrupulous competitors and criminals alike. The less information they have the better. It looks like the AM hack was an inside job, so clearly any organisation's focus should be on its employees and their access to data. AW don't set the rules for AML and KYC. If anyone wants to trade on-line they have to meet various due diligence requirements. AW adopt security best practice to ensure this information can only be accessed to those that are entitled to access it.
