Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from AdultWork staff and previous consumers.
Alan... The eay you handling geniue applocants is awful... I have heard a lot of times that people uploading pictures and everything as you require than without any warning or any sight of trying to help them you just deleting their profiles... The way you answering their desperate emails believing that they can get help its also a joke. So why dont you try to be a bit more professional?
Thanks Andrew, really useful insight you've shared. If what the OP said was true, that wouldn't have happened, would it. If identity or legitimacy has been brought into question AND if the OP is in possession of all those documents to re-supply, why don't they re-supply them? Not sure the best place for the answers to your questions is the public domain. As you rightly point out, AW attracts the activities of unscrupulous competitors and criminals alike. The less information they have the better. It looks like the AM hack was an inside job, so clearly any organisation's focus should be on its employees and their access to data. AW don't set the rules for AML and KYC. If anyone wants to trade on-line they have to meet various due diligence requirements. AW adopt security best practice to ensure this information can only be accessed to those that are entitled to access it.
