Do I need a smart tv?
What internet speed is needed for top notch performance?
What is the return policy?
How long does it take to get once purchased?
What does PPV mean?
Would I get Netflix with this box?
Would I be able to get HBO, Cinemax, etc.?

The A-Box tv actually makes your TV a smart TV, believe it or not. As for internet speed, it all depends on your internet provider. The return policy is 14 days. They ship it 2-Day Priority Mail with USPS. PPV means paperview. You don't need Netflix because it gives you everything and more that Netflix gives you. Even the Netflix exclusive shows. Call there office, and they will answer all your questions. 1-866-403-9050

No, you don't need to have a smart TV.
The internet speed suggested is 75, but I have run at 35.
I do not know the return policy.
I purchased mine at the home show in Tampa, they just handed it to us, so I do not know how long it takes to be shipped.
PPV means Pay Per View. We watched the big fight about a month ago just to see if we could. Unfortunately it was on live after midnight because we are in FL and the fight was in Vegas. Again, no extra charges.
Yes Netflix is on there, actually all the shows are there. We just watched all of Sons of Anarchy, House of Cards, Breaking Bad etc. And there is never an extra fee charged.
All the movies and programs that are featured on HBO etc are on the box and more!

I am not near as knowledgeable as the folks at A-Box. This is the best answers I can give you. But calling them would be your best bet. So far I have had no major problems with the box. There are times when the download is a little slow and it will buffer. I think the quicker you speed the less of this problem. Also they will tell you to unplug it when not in use and it will extend the life of the box.

1 No, you just need wifi and a HMDI hook up to TV. This will make the TV something like a smart TV by letting you go into google etc.
2 Varies, A-Box folks would know best
3 Again have to talk to A-Box
4 I was in Florida and picked mine up. I was guess no longer then a week
5 No sure
6 This replaces Netflix. Gets more movies and TV then netflix
7 Yes you can get HBO etc when you go to those you will see exactly what is playing at that time. So you will need to know what is showing and what time if you want watch from the beginning.
