The A-Box tv actually makes your TV a smart TV, believe it or not. As for internet speed, it all depends on your internet provider. The return policy is 14 days. They ship it 2-Day Priority Mail with USPS. PPV means paperview. You don't need Netflix because it gives you everything and more that Netflix gives you. Even the Netflix exclusive shows. It seems to be in what comes installed in the box. The a-box comes preprogramed with numerous add-ons. You could install them yourself but it is a sharp learning curve at the beginning. It is probably up to you to decide if the money is worth it. The money being the cost of the a-box against the other.
