Takes weeks to ship out, takes long time to receive. The tracking is faulty and often does not show up. I hate that many brands I like (Carters, Janie and Jack, Loft...) started using this service. :( It is expensive, slow and very bad service. I hope brands using this service will listen to their international customers and stay away from this horrible horrible service.

They make it impossible to return items. Their website is misleading and gives you the run-around...
