I have just upgraded my contract with Vodafone, as I have been very happy with the service received. In total I have been with them for over 15 years, without any loss of network, and I have never been overcharged.
I am equally impressed with the Customer Service and support, they are pretty much one of the best providers I have ever used.
Tip for consumers:
Get your upgrade contract as soon as you can, as they just roll on your existing contract unless you contact them to upgrade the phone and deal.
I found the website very easy to navigate and was very impressed with the depth of knowledge on offer regarding managed office properties. I was looking for a standard room, until I realised that I could have a choice of IT Support, Receptionist, telecoms and more.
The extra bonus was that all of the help and support was free, this was a very pleasant surprise. I received the information via email within the hour, and also had 3 follow up calls and an appointment to view in the same day.
