Placed an order on 12/11, well before Christmas, Have order number, email confirmation and they charged my credit card. TODAY, 12/18 I get a notice on from credit card that full amount refunded. Contacted them by chat and they just hung up on me. Do not order

Went to order on-line and they had free shipping for orders of $50. I had $100 for two items. I wanted expedited shipping. First they charge $8.00 extra for EACH item. Then when I selected this method for both and went to check out the shipping was $27.95. I called customer service and they said when you select expedited shipping it adds onto the regular shipping, so there is not free shipping this way. Can they not see how stupid this is??

So first I get a pop up ad that says additional 40% off. But when I go to the site, not everything is additional. I find some items for my niece and cant find a way to add a gift message ( like so she would know its from Me). Chat on line to customer service and they advise unless you BUY a gift box, can not include message. Really?? Decided not to order.
Beware, if you book a sale tee time, it is nonrefundable even with 24 hours notice. No where on the page that displays the rate does it say that. But once you check, agree to terms of service, just kiss your money goodbye. Will never use again.
Ordered a curling iron for my daughter for Christmas. I have attached their refund policy. This curling iron was not what my daughter expected, so I tried to return it. Here is the email I received from them.
"Since the item is not damaged and is in full working order, it is not eligible for refund." So their refund policy REQUIRES the item to be in working order to return. Do not buy from these people.
