Ordered my Chemistry book... showed the picture of the book I needed and when it came it was the International version! E-mailed the and they said the picture that was there was used as a reference! WTH! Then was told I would have to pay a $20.00 restocking fee to return it (in which they only give you 5 days after receipt and it takes 3 of them to get there!)This company is a crock! STAY AWAY!
