* - I bought TuGo Travel Insurance (option Industrial Alliance) for 175 days for USA (FL) at the cost of $702.07 CAD but instead, I came back to BC 29 days before my planned trip of 175 days.
* - 3.5 months after the beginning of my stay in the USA I was coughing a lot for 4 weeks, so I paid for a doctor's visit at the CareSpot 2 times (($200 USD x 2) + Meds $33 USD).
* - My policy stated that the deductible was $300 USD, so they refunded me $133 USD converted into CAD.
* - TuGo told me if I claimed insurance, they wouldn't refund me the difference of 29 days earlier!
* - 3 things I didn't like about my experience:
* 1) TuGo sent the claim check to my BC's home instead of my Florida home.
* 2) TuGo forfeited the refund of the insurance cost for coming home 29 days earlier.
* 3) TuGo didn't send me an Insurance card to be used in the USA to be used in an Emergency case, I.e. That in an Emergency case, I would have to pay from my own pocket, which could be a lot before I could make a claim to get back the money.
* 3a) Travel insurance like Medipac used to send out an insurance card so that in Emergency cases when I was unconscious the hospital would talk directly to Medipac.

Tip for consumers:
- If you need Good Price and Service Travel Insurance, consider buying the TuGo option industrial Alliance but beware that they won't refund the unused portion of your trip if you make a claim.
- I researched for 56 hours before finding this travel insurance company that has relatively good customer service, all others are a sham.

- We bought The Tantric Couple Symposium on 2023/08/30 at 20:54 Europe Time and after browsing it quickly (within 2hr) we realized that due to the language barrier, their symposium has too much talking, too much theory | ritual, and not enough practice | application | usefulness in real life.
- So we sent 2 text messages (the 1st message was within 2 hr after paying for the e-course, and the 2nd message 24 hours after) from inside the LiveTantraAcademy where we logged in to watch the e-course.
- Essentially, our messages request a refund for the stated reasons above.
- Because we didn't receive any reply on the 2 first messages, on the 3rd & 4th day, we sent another 2 emails to info[at]livetantra.com to request again for a refund.
- They never replied.
- Please don't buy anything from this website, because (a) the e-course that we bought was 99% about talking, theory, and ritual; (b) there is no customer service.

Tip for consumers:
If I were you, I would never buy anything from this website because it's misleading: We thought we would learn real couple skills to improve our sex | and love life together but the e-course was only blah blah and useless to us.

  • The League

2/15/20

Problem description:
I purchase a subscription of the app TheLeague for $1,300 on the 24 Dec 2019. During my initial use of the app, I notice that all the women on the site are from USA and none of them are from Montréal (Québec, Canada) (my city) despite the fact that on their website, theLeague.com declare that they operate in my city. I asked for a refund within a week to the concierge service, and she never bother to do so.

Desired Resolution: Refund

Desired Outcome
According to the law of Quebec (Canada) I am entitle to a refund for the remaining of the amount that I am not using in my subscription.

As of 2020/03/09: The League admit that they don't have women in Montreal to match me and they have asked to talk to Apple to get the refund and I was able to get the refund.
