“This site has the worst customer care ever!”

This site has the worst customer care ever!
They did not deliver my wedding dress and never returned my
Money, calls or email. Worst still they can't speak English so even if you are lucky to get through to them on phone, you never understand what they say neither can they comprehend you.
It is the worst online shopping experience ever!
THEY DONT deserve any star at all
