The Manager on duty on November 10, 2018 at the Carters Store at Bay Terrace in Bayside, NY had to be the worst I have ever come across . She doesn't approach customers for help, will leave you standing by counter like idiots. When I finally asked for help picking up order, she sighed as if she were being asked to climb Mt. Everest I'm less than a minute . I'm general that store seems to hire miserable people that instead of a smile, give you frowns. I'm done with bad shopping experiences. Disgusting!

Twice their website placed orders I had not placed. It went from Search to Thank you for Placing order. I'm starting to think it's a Scam. I called customer service within seconds of THEIR mistake and was told they would request cancelation. Well, just received email that order was shipped. Their customer service is useless and simply told me I will have to return it. Other stores guarentee cancelations within reasonable time frames and will compensate customers if they are negligent in any way. No more ordering from them, I have to now take time to return orders their system placed and MY time is also valuable.

Lord and Taylor used to be a high end store. It is now an online garbage experience . They have outsourced to god knows where. Representatives are clueless, rude, lack knowledge and REFUSE to connect to. Supervisor, One even told me they had no supervisors in their out of America location. No one needs this crappy experience. I had a horrible experience and still waiting to receive my price adjustment. I don t think any of the 7 operators I spoke to understood or cared about my concern.

My online was a supervisor from India who told me there were no other supervisors besides him. None from US. I placed order but my coupon did not go through. He said he was unable to adjust, which is ludricroius. Outsoursing is horrific! Shame on Sephora !!!

Theres a good reason why Kmart and Sears are plummeting. There outsourcing has ruined any semblance of American consumer standards. Their site is a mess, their representatives in India, Africa, Sri Lanka, China or wherever else they are laying them pennies for, are not only clueless but rude and do not give ONE flying poo poo if Americans place orders or have their shopping needs satisfied . Perfect way for Companies to go out of business. Prices for items are beyond ridiculous and is evident in the empty stores we see. When will they learn ? Americans deserve Amerjcan businesses hiring their own and caring about their consumers, Dusgusting experience .

So, customer service representatives are out sourced andeithef do not quite understand english or have not been taught how to solve customer concerns. ITpersonnel must be third graders. There online site services USA joke. They are misrepresenting the SHOPMYWAY program. They capture customer information and never add points to your account , same as asking you to download their app and never applying promotion to account. Supervisors NEVER available to talk to me. Either its a hoax or a company trying very hard to fail.

Not hard to understand why Macys are crying and have closed most of their store. Online is soon to follow. They have outsourced they online customer service line. If that werent bad enough( since Macys was iconically a US store). Their foreign customer representatjve operators are rude, do not understand issues, keep you on the line for over 30 minutes, then disconnect you if they can not be of help. No Supervisors available ever! Its almost an insulting experience and not worth anyones loyalty. Let them SINK, they care little about the American Consumer. I called them 6 Times, just to be disconnected each time . Wrote Corporate wherever they area and nothing!!! There products are not worth this BS

Lately I have been doing most of my shopping online. Unfortunately businesses like Target, Walmart and Amazkn are outsourcing at an alarming rate. While Understand this is lowering their overhead. Customer experience sucks. Operators from China and other places have difficulty with the language and I must spend a crazy amount of time tryingto help them understand the issues . It is neither fair to them nor to the American Consumer . My Time is precious also and Im not an English linguistics expert. When asked to speak to supervisor there are never any available. On one occasion the same representative came back on phone and posed as a supervisor but gave herself up.It:s sad , since customers will just move on to other stores. Iwaited online 35 minutes each time to speak to a foreign operator who sadly could not understand me. No happy and no more

The Only items I have been satisfied with are their bathing suit tops. Their dresses are extremely cheaply crafted. I live in NY and these are the dresses you would find in street vendor kiosks or Chinatown . Over priced, ill fitting and horrible material blends. The sizes are not accurate. Return policy ridiculous ( they charge 7 dollar for return labels ) and the dresses on the models are def. adjusted and are NOT what you will get. I have tried multiple,times and have been disappointed every time Shame on me!!!!! Don't be me and just stay away from their clothing.

CVS.com is getting better. They are offering free shipping often coupled with coupons. I just think their online site needs to be structured better, as products are often scattered in different catagories that make them very difficult to find. Service is good but representatives often are not as customer Oriented as I think they should be. As a huge company I would want to retain loyal customers if it's between losing them over a 20% discount code not being applied. All in all, I think CVS is pretty good and getting better.

Love them! Great prices and Customer service . Their SO products saved my cat. Our Liam was a rescue kitten and had a horrible urinary track problem . Finding special food at great prices helped us be able to care for him.

Prices on this site are ok, except fir the high shipping charge for even a tiny item. Delivery time is Ok and products are pretty good for prices . They are comparable to prices in stores, except stores do not carry all online items. If they lowered or offered free shipping, I would be using them more.

Once you sign up, you just shop using their site and they apply cash back to your account. Great way to make online shopping easy and concise. When there us a problem, they respond promptly and issues are resolved. Highly recommend!

I have been an Amex customer for over 25 years. They have now outsourced they business and they customer relations and card service representative have no clue about anything. To have any questions answered or problem solved you must call them multiple times. Emails go unanswered , requests to speak to supervisors are denied and if they don't know how to respond to your requests , they simply hang up on you. We are planning to close our cards and move to American based credit cards that offer rewards and excellent customer service , some do not even have membership fees. It's very unfortunate that this company has devalued their clients to this extent. We are also stockholders and plan to sell, as we can anticipate how their progress is going to diminish with such horrific service. Capital One and Discover are two cards that are competitive and value their customers. We are looking into these and American Express can keep their business overseas and try to find their clients there, as well. Shame on them!

While I was very pleased with the Columbus Day sales the shopping experience was not good. Shipping is high and it took 14 days for my items to arrive. They provide poor tracking information. Don't think I will be using again.

Love my inline purchases. The only complain I have is that free shipping is rarely offered. It should at least be offered to VS card members. This stops me from placing more orders.
