So I purchased two DJI Inspire 1 V2.0 Production Bundles and a Phantom 2 from Drones Etc. Everything was delivered fine, however, the Phantom was dead on arrival and Drones Etc would not support any issues or interface with DJI for me. In dealing with DJI the only thing they will offer me is a "refurbished" phantom... after spending close to $10,000 with drones etc I would expect better customer support. Don't buy from this company. I have since taken my successive purchases and replacement parts purchases elsewhere and have been very happy with them GetFPV being the main one.

Invoice Attached, I am not from a competitor, just an honest reviewer. I am sure that you can look up my phone number and contact me directly based on the invoice number and trouble ticket. I spoke with Matt Key on 7/6/2016, which was my last contact with DronesEtc. If you do want to contact me, please look up the trouble ticket and call me directly, not my company in general (its big). I have been posting these reviews so that people are warned about something that happened to me. So you know, DJI still hasn't resolved the matter.
Just found out this is not a Drones Etc. customer. This is someone that has not contacted Drones Etc. not ever had any experience with us. We think it's a competitor. Sad.
