Items as promised and described. There was a bit of a delay in delivery of our Jura Ena 8 espresso system and cups, but I was kept well informed on the reasons for the delay (COVID-related) and this was all handled in a timely and very friendly manner. When it arrived, it was all well packaged and in working order. Subsequent order (supplies for this system) was dispatched very quickly. Good job, Cook Store!
