They show that products cost less than what they actually do. For example, I went to go buy a product that cost $7.99. When I logged in, it was listed for $9.99.

Also, I went to go buy $50 worth of product. At check out, I clicked to authorize the $50 fee plus tax. I checked my credit card statement days later and they have charged me $60 for a yearly fee. Total scam. They did pay me back but it's too much of a pain. Not a credible site.

I don't know where to begin. Priceline is a joke.

I booked a trip with an ex to Halifax in August 2017. Right before, we broke up. We were instructed that we would be charged a fee but could rebook the flight at a later date.

I call in October 2017 to work out the details of the credits. I'm told that I have a flight credit for $250 (our of the $350 I spent originally). I call back two days later to book and that flight credit goes down $25 with an additional fee added. She woman explains that I was misinformed by a previous rep.

I find a flight that is $600 on Priceline's website. I would like to book that flight. Sure enough, that $600 isn't valid for rebooking and the price shoots up $675 ($75 more than the website). So, my $350 originally spent is now worth $150 ($350 minus $100 minus $25 minus $75).

Long story short, I take the hit because I don't want to leave any money on the table.
I book. I explicitly ask them NOT to send the confirmation email to my ex's email address that is on file. What do they do? Send the conformation email to my ex's email address on file. Not only that, they completely FAIL to send it to me.

I use the chat feature furious over yet another inconvenience. The woman on the chat can't help me.

I call their system. She assures me that the confirmation email has been sent to my email address. I hang up and refresh my email inbox. Nothing.

Priceline sucks. Steer clear at all costs.
