"How about we offer a 60% refund to you?" Is what they emailed me when I requested for a refund. My IPhone got stuck in a rebooting loop and the program instructed me to purchase the full license to fix the issue. I purchase the 30$ plan and the problem still persists. I emailed for a refund and they refuse to refund my full amount. Ridiculous. Bad customer service and bad reputation. Will not use their service again!
