I misplaced a part for a bike I previously purchased from bikesdirect and was not sure how I was going to replace it. I sent an email and Larry from bikesdirect immediately let me know the name of the part and had a new one shipped to me extremely quickly. When it arrived a couple days later there was even a complimentary gift included. Thanks again Larry!
