Booked a flight that was cancelled. When I saw that my credit card was charged, called and was told that it was not a charge, just a pre authorisation. I called back a few days later when it is still there and was told that it would take ten days for it to be reversed. Two weeks later, with a bill in my hand I called to tell them that they have indeed charged me. I was told that there is no charge! To call my bank. I do, I get the authorise code from bank that this has been charged. I call back to Flighthub and they tell me that they need proof that it has been charged! Opened a dispute now with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I wish I had read the reviews first.
