I'm very happy with the company customer service I ordered a number of items from their website. None were as advertised, being of shoddy workmanship, poor quality materials and did not even resemble the pictures of the goods on the website. Just as bad, they also did not have proper care, fire or material labels so clearly the goods are substandard They never sent instructions. I went on the internet and i found their help contact info I contacted them finally they issue me refund and return shipping label i am so happy with the customer service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.


I had been chatting for a long time with 6 women on PoF. My User Name was GreyWolff, I planned to come to Kiev to meet at least some of them. As a result, one week prior to my trip 2 of them made their profiles inactive on the site (hiding from me, I guess), 2 of them fell in love with the other men, one of them had family issues all of a sudden and the last one had to work on New year's night. Can you call it a coincidence? No, you can't. Now I see that it was all scam. Money drain! Don`t give your phone number and credit card details

Customer service is not existant!


I had ordered one of the insulated mugs, and I love it so much! It's smaller than other insulated mugs, but that's a good thing. And, the fact that it was personalized so well of my husband and myself really makes it that much better. My husband saw mine and wanted one, too, but I accidently ordered the smaller, non-insulated one. He really didn't mind, because the figures of us and the saying on the back make him feel so loved! Would recommend Gossby to anyone looking for a really personalized gift like this.


ABSOLUTE SCAM! STAY AWAY! Every bad review you have read so far on this page is 10000% true! The good reviews are all fake accounts. They seem great until they get your car, then the tables turn and you are out. No payments, no answer, nothing! You out with a negative credit score and a missing car. Biggest mistake you can make in your life is this and I won't stop until I find every sole responsible and bring them to justice. I will bring on a team of international PIs and attorneys to ensure every dollar these criminals have will be paid to the victims of their crimes and I won't rest until I see them in prison. I am willing to put every last penny to my name to ensure these people "Jefrii" and "Kellis" see justice for all the suffering they have caused people. You think we don't know what you look like or your real names, just wait. We have surveillance cameras and footage of you. We know everything about you. I am coming for you!


LiveAgent has been a great addition to my school's environment.
My school recently separated from the church that was hosting us and we needed a new ticketing system as we were using the church's system before the split.
LiveAgent is super intuitive and easy to use, I highly recommend it. Their support was very helpful in the setup and the initial configuration of the ticketing system.


Very friendly and efficient customer service. I needed a delivery address change and the team acted promptly. Pleasant experience all round with eShopWorld and team at Victoria Secret.


Im frustrated right now. I was first transfer banned and they told me to open another account which took me about 4 months to get the damn web app open. Now that it is open it has taken longer, still waiting, than 6 hours for me to get my coins. I have no issue emailing them directly but for some reason, they only respond when I write a review.

In good faith for the coins before, I will say that the site is safe and I have used it before to take coins out.

That being said, if it takes more than the specified time then that should be known before the purchase.


I don't know who Trustpilot is but they seem to represent uspany who I ordered an outdoor canopy covered daybed with pillows. It never arrived but they are still selling the item & reviews from others are very bad. Still hopeful.


Terrible platform.
I followed all the rules, was properly verified, and then all of a sudden one day I'm locked out of my account.
When I emailed them to ask why, I got an automated(!) response stating that I was shut down without explaining exactly why.
All the money in my account has apparently been removed. That's theft last time I checked.


I have been a Chase customer for probably 20 years now. I was with Washington Mutual but it got acquired by Chase in the aftermath of the 2000 financial meltdown. I have since had two checking account, one "saving" account, debit cards, and a couple of credit cards. Lately I have moved most of my assets to Capital One instead since they offer far far far better interest rates and customer service.

Chase customer service is horrific. This week there was a problem with one of our credit cards not showing up in the account overview online. I had to wait over an hour on hold with customer service, and then was diverted to one person after the other. Eventually, after spending the better part of an evening on this, it was resolved.


I recently paid off my RV loan with Bank of the West. As soon as they received the payoff, they killed my online account. Wondering what happened to my RV title after the loan was paid off, I have been attempting to contact someone with a heart-beat to determine where they sent my RV title.

For over two weeks now I have been trying to contact Bank of the West Customer Service for this issue. My god, what a stupid company. It seems like they do EVERYTHING they can to avoid talking to you. This starts out with one of the most onerous computerized phone trees I have ever experienced. Once you navigate their phone tree, you are put on hold for hours with no one ever answering your call. They have NO email customer support, No chat customer support, only their ridiculous telephone system that nobody ever answers.

Never again. I will never do business with Bank of the west again. EVER!


Looking for a real deal with knowledge in computer you better see this guys...


Contacted asos customer service and was offered zero help. They would not contact the courier to resolve, I eventually had to cancel the order and now have the hassle of trying to get a refund from asos! Was a regular customer, but now I will never buy from asos again!


Don't know what's going on with Nike. - ordered a pair of trainers - size 9! Then they were cancelled a few days later because the size was now unavailable, a few days after that I go online and check and the size is now back in stock on their website. Why did they not just wait a few days and then send them or offer me the trainers once they came back in. The deliver date was the 1st anyway.
