I like the styles and variety in Old Navy, but sometimes I find the quality to be a bit poor - but then it is mostly made in China.

I had wanted a set of matching luggage for a while, so took the opportunity to order a sale priced set from Sports Direct - the 5 piece blue canvas Dunlop set. Since there was a standard delivery charge, I also ordered 2 pairs of trainers, some jeans and luggage straps - all were sale priced. Quality of everything was very good, and only downer was that the jeans were sized very small, but I took them to my local Sports Direct store with my order form, and they were happy to exchange the jeans for a mens t-shirt I wanted for a gift. This is a huge company, and staff are all nice and helpful, and prices were excellent.

I was at the hostel before they did the renovations (I think?) and it was adequate place (for Greece).
I would like to see how it looks now and compare with how it was 7 months ago. I was there at a very low tourist time, so there were not many other guests at the hostel. Staff were nice, but like most places - they smoke indoors so it doesnt smell fresh (hopefully the new owners will heed the LAWS that forbid smoking in public places, especially indoors.)
The hostel is fairly central, and in a safe place, but can be difficult to find at night the first time.
Because it was out of season, I had room to myself which was great. The kitchen facilities were minimal, but I knew renovations were about to start.
I look forward to seeing the new and improved International hostel :)

Most of my experiences with Amazon are good, but the amount of items with free postage are getting fewer and fewer.

Airbnb was a gem of an idea, unfortunately - some greedy people have used it to scam or to try and make an obscene amount of money to be a host.
Therefor, I advise anyone who thinks to try Airbnb - look carefully at the reviews of others who have used the b and b that you are thinking to try - I have used Airbnb about 4 times now, with varying success. One host made his dirty and untidy flat appear to be a haven, but then another host went all out and supplied breakfast, dvd's, maps and extra blankets! So I had a rate of 50% success (2 out of 4) good experiences.
There are some truly amazing homes, but they ask huge amounts of money and it is obviously a business for them - not just a hobby or way to make a bit of income from their spare room and meet travelers. I'd rather just go to a hotel than pay over the odds for a room - no matter how pretty the decor is - bc then if I have any problems with the service I can easily speak to the management about it - if its Airbnb - there is no recourse or re-reimbursement. So - check the reviews carefully!

As the title says here - make sure you read the fine print in order to get the best from your Groupon! The best deals are usually for food - make sure you are making a reservation and telling the business you are using Groupon.
