Horrible experience! I'm a single mother of two and I work extremely hard for my money, I felt like I was robbed of my hard earned cash because the "technician" literally just opened my dryer and washer and looked at it and gave me a $290 bill. Not sure what I signed either. I tried to scribble my signature but then he threatens me and says I would get into trouble. I'm gonna take this company to court. You will be hearing from my lawyer!
