On Christmas, I placed an order for LIVING FLOWER ESSENCES HEALING SALVE. I'd purchased this item a few years ago. It's great for muscle pain. I recently found the old container and googled to find a store that carried this item now. On, 1-11, after I hadn't received my order, I emailed Customer Service to see what had happened to my order. I received an email from Mike stating that my order had been canceled because he couldn't get the products. When in the HELL was VitaGlo going to let me know the order had been canceled? Customer Service AT ITS WORST! If possible, I would have rated this Company ZERO stars.

I attempted to purchase the Human Hair Clara wig from this site for $22.99, plus free shipping. For this price, I zipped through the transaction, thinking what a coup this purchase was. Boy, was I wrong. I submitted the order and I immediately received a message stating my purchase was declined by my bank. REALLY, for the life of me this made no sense. Before I called my bank, I tried another card and got the same declination on this bank card. I called my bank, had the hold removed, but I got the same declination when I retried the transaction. I began to get a sick feeling which turned out to be correct. This horrible site doesn't tell you the item is out of stock. They make you believe your card is being declined by your bank, instead of truthfully stating the item is out of stock! If it was possible, I would have given this company a 0 or better yet a -5.

I haven't received my sample box yet, but I'm already "NOT LOVING" this company. It appears that you actually need to cancel your upcoming delivery 2 days after signing up for the "FREE" box, although they state it's a week trial. I happened to check back on the site to review the different snacks available. Out of curiosity, I clicked on my account and saw a message that I had until 8/9 to finalize any changes to the snacks I wanted in my REGULAR ORDER. Once they get your credit card info, the proverbial ball starts rolling. They have the 2-week delivery schedule set up all nice and tidy without a thought of you cancelling the service. LOL

I was curious about an old friend. I googled the name and mylife.com came up first in the search. I hadn't realized this site was actually requesting a Background Search on person for $$$/credit card info. At the end, when a ridiculous amount of money was requested, I closed out of site without entering any credit card info. Two seconds later I received an e-mail congratulating me on joining mylife.com although I didn't complete the credit card section. I immediately called customer service to have account closed. STAY AWAY! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

On 4-19, I ordered the 15-day trial of Pronabolin from dietspotlight.com. Approximately 10 min. After I placed order, I received a call from a Sales Rep. I thought this was a "NICE GESTURE" to confirm order, but that wasn' t the deal. The Sales Rep. Attempted to "PRESSURE" me into adding 2nd trial order for Leptin supplement because it enhanced the absorption of the Pronabolin. I declined ordering this when initial order was placed because I did not feel the need for this supplement and would have been charged additional $3.95 shipping charge. Sales Rep. Insisted that I order Leptin supplement but I REFUSED, stating that he could either keep order as I placed it or he could CANCEL MY ORDER. Sales Rep. Hung up on me after this. I WILL DEFINITELY BE SURE TO CANCEL TRIAL WELL IN ADVANCE OF 15-DAY EXPIRATION PERIOD!
