I order for the first time 2 weeks ago, when I receive the product I was happy with my shopping experience with BSTN, but after 1 week things change, one of the products I buy to do a present wasn't good for my friend so I send an email to customer service to know how I can do a return, it's 3 days now and no answer, nor on Twitter or Facebook... I am very disappointed with this because my return date is tomorrow with the 14 days rules... So be careful if the product you order doesn't fit it will be complicated to have a refund...
