I ordered to be shipped to Canada, I paid extra for shipping and tracking which said delivery would be done in 5 to 8 days, its 10 days now and I still haven't received the product plus tracking for the past 7 days says the shipment is in Canada. Feeling sad :( Only reason I give three stars is because they reply to the complaints promptly.

Updates The customer service (Tammy) was nice enough to promptly give full refund.(including shipping).
My feedback.
- The company is legit,
- their customer service is efficient.
They need to improve/focus on
- shipping and tracking process
- Give proper timelines so the customers have correct expectations.

Wish them all the best, I would do business with them again, once they improve their shipping process.
