I booked 3 flights for me and my husband so total of 6 tickets last May 10. When they send me all the confirmation email and itinerary, 6 emails. Everything looks good so I'm confident that everything is ok until today aug3 because we need to apply for visa. I recognize that one of the ticket was spelled wrong. Just 1 letter, instead of N they put M. I called them and ask how does it happens if all tickets are correct spelling and 1 is incorrect. I can't believe with their resolution to cancel that flight and rebook. Take note, with cancellation fee and penalty for total of $268. Don't ever deal with this kind of people.
