Your account notes show the device was sent to the Apple repair depot for diagnosis and repair. The latest update from them shows that the graphics chip must be replaced and that requires the board to be replaced. The request is pending underwriter approval. For more up to date information, please contact your assigned claims representative directly by email during their normal business hours which are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm EDT.

Rick Lewis ignoring my emails. Now i am afraid my computer is gone and my money. If I would not receive any confirmation about my computer status or any email from *, i will contact police. The response was that the devices graphics chip had to be replaced and that it was on backorder for that device. I will forward your ticket to him as well. His hours are 8am to 4pm EDT., Monday through Friday.
