If you haven't started the blue apron but thinking about it, you have to know this.

Your free first delivery is actually not free unless you cancel BEFORE you receive the first free one. Do you understand what I am saying?

OK, I received my first FREE delivery last Thursday, today is the following Monday so it has been 4 days including the weekend since my first free delivery. My credit card was charged $60 last Saturday from Blue Apron, so I call them to stop the second delivery until I have the chance to try out the first delivery I received. Guess what, I CAN'T. According to the supervisor, I was supposed to notify them to skip or cancel 6 days prior to the next delivery. How am I supposed to decide to skip a delivery or cancel the service when I have not even started the first trial meal they sent me?

So, here's a lesson. When you order your first free delivery, make sure to cancel or skip even before you receive your first delivery unless you know for sure you want to continue receive products from them.

My $50 gift card- seller sent me a different gift card with lower amount on it.
My $100 gift card & another $50 gift card - Once the gift card arrived, the seller deactivated the gift card.

Raise really needs to figure out the way to cut the tie with the original seller and the gift card.

I am not buying anymore gift card thru RAISE anymore.

These guys hire telemarketers who makes phone calls to business and telling lies. Do not ever deal with these business. Do not fall for their on line demo about their business. They will remotely hack into your computer.

I do not know how they got my name. They keep calling my business and mentioning my name and telling my employees that they talked to me.
The guy says he makes $30/hr to make this annoying phone calls and he doesn't seem to care about the rest.

WHY WOULD ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES MAKE COLD CALLS?
