Let's start with this lots of beautiful pictures of dresses on their website with a promise of 7-10 days to ship your item. I received my order TWO MONTHS after I had placed it during which I kept trying to reach out to check the status of my order and no response.
Then when my items finally arrived they were nothing and I mean literally nothing like pictures/description ( I am attaching pictures of one dress which on the website clearly states it is a chiffon dress and what I received was not).

After multiple email they asked me to ship the items back to their wear house and be myself responsible for the shipping fees and refusing to be responsible for it! Just awful awful experience stay away.

So I ordered 6 items all had shipped withing 24 hours, 3 were shipped after 2 weeks and arrived separately 3 are not here yet and it has been a month. The tracking number provided shows NO information. Every time I contact them I get the same response to WAIT with no information in how long. I am leaving on a trip that I wanted the 3 other items for. I feel very disappointed amd once I googled reviews on their website I found a lot had the same issue. I just wish I had reviewed it before ordering.

Generally we can ship these items marked with “ships within 24hrs” within 24hrs as we promised. But some of your items was out of stock. We managed to get you a new one from our factory in order not to let you down which caused delay. Really sorry for that. Hope you can kindly understand and trust us.
And about these three items you haven’t received. We have checked for you and found that they have been shipped on 28 May already.
