So I ordered 6 items all had shipped withing 24 hours, 3 were shipped after 2 weeks and arrived separately 3 are not here yet and it has been a month. The tracking number provided shows NO information. Every time I contact them I get the same response to WAIT with no information in how long. I am leaving on a trip that I wanted the 3 other items for. I feel very disappointed amd once I googled reviews on their website I found a lot had the same issue. I just wish I had reviewed it before ordering.

We managed to get you a new one from our factory in order not to let you down which caused delay. Really sorry for that. Hope you can kindly understand and trust us.
