Low Cost Service, Low Reliability on deliveries and keep your money on returned items.
In case that happens to you:
Ambient Direct has contracted with Trusted Shop.
I've got in touch with Trusted Shop (*******@trustedshops.de) and asked us for some help. They are doing a pretty good job.
Be aware that AmbientDirect.com has to fully reimburse you in case of error (this is part of the contract with Trusted Shop).

Unreliable logistic, unreliable return policy, unreliable customer service. They neglect their customers.
